PURPOSE: An orbit determining apparatus of a mobile controller and method thereof are provided to recognize the location of a moving satellite control system and to easily determine the orbit of a geostationary orbit satellite. ;CONSTITUTION: A satellite navigation receiver(110) determines a first location of a moving satellite control system(103). A flight dynamic sub system(107) predicts azimuth between a control target satellite and an antenna, altitude angle, and antenna pointing data. The flight dynamic sub system determines a second location of the moving satellite control system through remote measurement data. A TTC sub system(104) transmits the measured orbit measurement data to the flight dynamic sub system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
