METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FIXING BOLT FOR A NUMBER PLATE OF A VEHICLE TO SECURE ENOUGH STRENGTH AGAINST AN EXTERNAL IMPACT AND A FIXING BOLT MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fixing bolt for a number plate of a vehicle and a fixing bolt manufactured by the same are provided to prevent cracks and damage on the bolt head because the fixing bolt is integrally manufactured out of a metal material. ;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fixing bolt for a number plate of a vehicle is as follows. A metal rod(30) is cut to the total length of a fixing bolt. The cut metal rod is put into in a mold(31), and a part comprising a bolt head(32) and a screw part(33) is molded. The molded screw part is drawn out through a drawing die(34). The bolt head of the drawn out fixing bolt is machined into a nut shape. A groove(35) is concentrically cut on the bolt head. Threads(36) are formed on the surface of the screw part. A surface finishing member(37) is installed in the groove of the bolt head.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
