PURPOSE: A billet welding device and a billet welding method using the same are provided to improve the productivity of steel reinforcements by welding billets into a continuous member.;CONSTITUTION: A body(300) has leading end fixing units(100) fixing the leading end of billet and tail end fixing units(200) fixing the tail end of another billet.
