PURPOSE: A dispersing agent, a pigment dispersing solution composition including the same, a photo-sensitive resin composition, and a color filter manufactured using the composition are provided to improve the brightness and the contrast ratio of the color filter. ;CONSTITUTION: A dispersing agent includes repeating units. The repeating units are represented by chemical formulas 1 to 4. The average molecular weight of the dispersing agent is between 1500 and 20000. The acid value of the dispersing agent is between 10 and 80 mgKOH/g. A pigment dispersing solution composition includes pigment, a binder resin, the dispersing agent, and a solvent. The binder resin includes one or more acidic groups. A photo-sensitive resin composition includes the pigment dispersing solution composition.
