UBIQUITOUS HEALTHCARE SYSTEM AND MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SHOES HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A ubiquitous healthcare device and multi-functional shoes with the same are provided to measure an acceleration change according to an action by the multi-functional shoes which has an acceleration sensor and a signal processing circuit, thereby estimating an energy consumption amount by predicting the amount of actions. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration sensor(110) measures acceleration information which are changed by movement of a body. A low pass filter(120) eliminates a high frequency noise component from an output signal of the acceleration sensor. A high pass filter(130) eliminates an offset signal by an earth magnetic field included in the output signal of the acceleration sensor. An integrating circuit(140) obtains the amount of actions during specific period of time using the high pass filter. An offset detecting circuit(150) detects the location and direction of the acceleration sensor.
