PURPOSE: A red phosphorescent host material is provided to enable a solution process due to excellent solubility and to ensure excellent brightness and luminous efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A red phosphorescent host material is represented by chemical formula 1, wherein A1 and A3 are selected from substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic materials; and A2 and A3 are selected from substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic materials or substituted or unsubstituted aromatic materials. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and an electroluminescent material layer located between the first and second electrodes.
