PURPOSE: A core of a coil product and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to omit a separate core cover production process with a simple procedure by obtaining the eliminating function of the core cover.;CONSTITUTION: A body(2) is formed by compression-sintered the powder which uses ferric oxide as a main raw material. The body is formed into the doughnut form which is formed as a metal material. The main body(1) composed of the space protrusion(3) which is integrally with projected the body in 2 spots which copes with the upper side or the side of the body. An insulating film is formed on the surface of the body and the space protrusion by coating. A first coil(5) and a second coil(7) are spatially separated on the surface of the insulating film by the space protrusion and are wound. The space protrusion is formed in the upper side of the main body. The angle(A) between the upper side of the body and the side of the body is 95-120 degrees.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
