PURPOSE: The temperature compensation apparatus of a hall sensor is provided to recompense the temperature of a current sensor in which output voltage is changed according to temperature.;CONSTITUTION: The temperature compensation apparatus(200) of a hall sensor(100) comprises a constant voltage source and a temperature characteristic compensation part(220). Output voltage of the constant voltage source is changed according to temperature. Fixed reference voltage is inputted in a standard voltage input terminal. An adder adds the output voltage of the constant voltage source and input voltage which is inputted from the standard voltage input terminal as a predetermined rate. A voltage-current converter part changes output voltage of the adder into a current. The hall sensor is driven by an output of the voltage-current converter part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
