PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and lifetime properties of materials, and to obtain an OLED device with excellent driving durability.;CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X1-X8 are independently CR' or N; Y is -Si(R1)(R2)-, -N(R3)-, -S-, -O- or -Se-; L is a chemical bond, (C6-C30) arylene, or (C3-C30) heteroarylene; Ar1 is (C1-C30) alkyl, (C3-C30) cycloalkyl, 5-7-membered heterocycloalkyl, (C6-C30) aryl or (C3-C30) heteroaryl.
