The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic composition and a cosmetic method comprising a yeast fermentation broth prepared by a method of culturing yeast trees with microorganisms such as yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ), lactobacillus or Bacillus sp . . According to the invention Yederak fermentation broth has excellent skin whitening effect such as melanin biosynthesis inhibitory effect and tyrosinase activity inhibiting effect, and thus has an effect of inhibiting skin pigmentation caused by aging ultraviolet light exposure.
