PURPOSE: A powder rolling device and a method of manufacturing continuous rolling members using the same are provided to enhance the quality of continuous rolling members by preventing the agglomeration of powder since a powder supply unit and a powder dispersing unit are further arranged on one side of the powder rolling device.;CONSTITUTION: A powder rolling device comprises a powder supply unit(200) supplying powder to a plurality of rollers. A guide unit(220), a supply unit(230), a height controller(250), a dispersing unit(240), a detector(270) and a controller are arranged on one side of the power supply unit. The guide unit guides the transfer direction of powder. The supply unit supplies powder supplied from the guide unit, to between the rollers(110). The height controller lifts a hopper(210) storing powder to control the distance between the guide unit and the hopper.
