PURPOSE: A nondestructive inspecting apparatus of a pellet for thermal cell is provided to simultaneously improve the reliability and productivity of a thermal cell by accurately inspecting a particle using a holographic interferometry within several seconds.;CONSTITUTION: A nondestructive inspecting apparatus of a pellet for thermal cell comprises a pellet fixing unit and a pellet heating unit. The pellet fixing unit is built-in while secluding an object pellet(14) with outside. The pellet heating unit irradiates the infrared ray in the pellet built in the pellet fixing unit and heats the pellet. The pellet fixing unit comprises an upper case(21), a lower case(26), a seal ring(24), a glass plate(22) and a fastening bolt(25).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
