METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING THE GEOGRAPHICAL ORIGIN OF GRAIN USING A NEAR INFRARED MULTIVARIATE ANALYSIS METHOD THROUGH NON-DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION
PURPOSE: A method for discriminating the geographical origin of grain using a near infrared multivariate analysis method is provided to accurately discriminate the geographical origins of grain even if the grain is cultivated in different lands from each other.;CONSTITUTION: A method for discriminating the geographical origin of grain using a near infrared multivariate analysis method is as follows. A near infrared absorption spectrum of each wavelength is measured by irradiating near infrared rays of a certain amount of grain. The grain is divided into the estimation model development and estimation model verification of geographical origins. A geographical origin discrimination estimating model is developed by confirming differences between spectrums of each geographical origin and analyzing the confirmed differences. An optimum geographical origin estimating model is selected by comparing the developed geographical origin discrimination estimating model with the near infrared absorption spectrum.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
