PURPOSE: A medical bed platform capable of controlling pose change period is provided, which is optimized to user's characters and reduces generation rate of bedsore. CONSTITUTION: A medical bed platform comprises: a plate part(102) consisting of a plurality of rotatable plates on which a user can lie; a driving part diversifying the angle of each plate of the plate part; an input unit in which data about the physical condition is input; and a database in which decubitus danger level according to decubitus risk factor is inputted.
