PURPOSE: An adhesive substrate of marine algae seedling for restoration of a marine ecological system and a planting method of marine forest are provided to facilitate insertion of Macroalgae spores. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive substrate of marine algae seedling for restoration of a marine ecological system comprises: paste(10B) shaped in a constant size and shape by mixing one or more main materials 65-75 weight% selected from a group consisting of yellow soil, white clay, kaolin, pottery clay with water 25-35 weight%; and a plurality of porous rock pieces(20) which are sprinkled on the upper side of the paste.
