摘要

PURPOSE: A mode rocker including graphene and layer pulse device including the same are provided to obtain rapid reproducing time of laser pulse by using grapheme having ultra-wideband operation spectrum as a saturated absorption material.;CONSTITUTION: A mode rocker(100) includes a core unit(11), a clad layer(13) and a graphene layer(15). The grapheme layer is formed directly on a flat surface(131a). A saturated absorption material is inserted inside the mode rocker. Weak intensity light is absorbed into the saturated absorption material. Strong intensity light passes through the saturated absorption material. By using nano-material as the saturated absorption material, the saturated absorption material can be inserted into a desired place in a laser resonator. High non-linearity nano-material can minimize the size of a pulse.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
