PURPOSE: A cable crosslinking device and a cable crosslinking method using the same are provided to stably crosslink a cable regardless of the position of the cable by maintaining the inner temperature of a crosslinking chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cable crosslinking device(100) comprises a crosslinking chamber(110), a rotating member, and a jetting member(130). Water(W) with high-temperature is stored in the crosslinking chamber. The crosslinking chamber accepts a bobbin(1) wound with a cable. The rotating member is installed in the crosslinking chamber and rotates the bobbin. The jetting member is installed inside the crosslinking chamber and jets water with high-temperature toward the cable.
