CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving air conditioner of a heat pump using geothermal heat and waste heat comprises an outdoor air room(100) with an outdoor air inlet(101), an air supplying room(110) with a supplied air outlet(111), an air exhaust room(130) with an air exhaust outlet(131), a ventilation room(140) with a ventilation inlet(141), a first heat exchanging unit(250) for cool/hot air, a second heat exchanging unit(340) for outdoor air, and a third heat exchanging unit(370).
