SYSTEM FOR GENERATING THREE DIMENSIONAL DIGITAL FOREST TYPE MAP BASED ON STEREO AERIAL IMAGES

PURPOSE: A stereo aerial image based 3D digital forest map creating system for measuring forest level is provided to offer an accurate 3D forest map without performing a field measurement. CONSTITUTION: A stereographic view generation unit(200) forms a stereo model of an aerial image. A vector extraction unit(300) extracts 3D vector data using the 3D model. A property information input unit(400) creates property giving control information through the combination of each attribute data. A layer generation unit(500) creates a forest map layer. A forest map extraction unit(600) creates various 3D forest map based on the generated forest map layer.
