PURPOSE: A method is provided to continuously absorb the water that the root has to stop the root of the plant, growing in the video recording facility installed at the artificial structure including rooftop etc, from growing by penetrating into the waterproof layer or the concrete, and to prevent the durability from weakening according to the excessive growth of the plant root. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyacrylamide group resin root-proof sheet includes; a step of manufacturing the polyacrylamide group resin of 1~5 um size particle form by adding dispersed phase, in which acrylamide 25 ~ 38.2wt% and acrylic acid 12.7 ~ 17.9wt% are mixed and counteracted after adding NaOH 0.8 ~ 1.1wt% and N,N- methylenbisacrylamide 0.2 ~ 0.3wt%, and potassium persulfate 0.04 ~ 0.11wt% and distilled water 21.2 ~ 25wt% are added, in the solution in which the sorbitan mono stearate 0.3~ 0.4wt%, and ethyl cellulose 0.8 ~ 1.8wt% are mixed and warmed up in cyclohexane 25.5 ~ 28.6wt%; and a step of coating to the upper side of thermoplastic polyurethane sheet(2) in which a non-woven fabric(1) is formed in the lower part of the polyacrylamide group resin(3).
