PURPOSE: A producing method of a construction material for constructing a park, a physical training facility, or a road is provided to recycle waste resources, to improve the intensity of the construction material, and to secure the acid resistance, the alkali resistance, and the waterproof property. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a construction material comprises the following steps: preparing 10~25wt% of by-produced sulfur, 10~15wt% of fly ash, and 65~75wt% of concrete aggregate including 30~45wt% of coarse aggregate and 55~70wt% of fine aggregate; mixing the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate, and drying in a heater; pre-heating a mixing container for increasing the temperature of a mixer at 100~150deg C: inserting the aggregate into the mixing container for dry-mixing for 10~15minutes, adding the by-produced sulfur and mixing until the sulfur is melted, and adding the fly ash for obtaining a mixture composition; vibrating the composition in a mold at 100~150deg C; and separating the composition after cooling, and curing.
