CONSTRUCTION WASTE CRUSHER ENABLING GRAIN SIZE CONTROL BY HIT, AND DESQUAMATION AND GRAIN SHAPE IMPROVEMENT BY GRINDING

PURPOSE: A grinder for construction waste which can control grain size by blowing and improve desquamation and grain form by grinding is provided to pulverize circle aggregate into circulation aggregate of small grain and to remove foreign material of the surface and angled part at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The grinder includes: a support frame(10); a lower plate(20); a evacuation chute(40); a first driving part(50);a cover plate(30); a second driver part; and a hopper(70). The support frame is stood on the ground. The lower plate is supported through a plurality of elastic members and slopes below from one side of the support frame to other side. The evacuation chute is combined in the other side end part of the lower plate. The first driving part rotates the lower plate at the traverse direction. Through a plurality of elastic members, upper plate is arranged on the top of the lower plate. The second driver part runs the cover plate to the longitudinal direction. The hopper throws aggregate between the lower plate and plate.
