Output stage of mobile communication device with predistortion device based on interference suppression system filter module and adaptive feedforward linearization circuit

PURPOSE: A power output unit with a pre-distorter and an AFL(adaptive feedforward linearizer) based on an interference suppress system filter unit for mobile telecommunication equipments is provided to adjust DA and PA gains in the most desirable way and maximize an ACLR(Adjscent Channel Leakage Power Ratio). CONSTITUTION: A DA(Driving Amplifier)(10) converts a received analog RF(Radio Frequency) signal into a frequency signal having a certain gain and power. An ISS(Interference Suppress System) filter module(30) converts the frequency signal. A PA(Power Amplifier)(50) converts the power of the frequency signal into the analog RF signal, and radiates the converted analog RF signal through an antenna. A pre-distortion device(20) distorts the IMD(Inter-Modulation Distortion) occurring at the PA in advance, offsets the distortion, and linearizes the output signal of the PA.
