PURPOSE: A plane construction machine for a concrete structure is provided to consecutively construct a concrete structure without the installation and disassembly of a mold. CONSTITUTION: A molding part(20) includes a hopper and a mold. The hopper receives concrete or water permeable concrete. The mold has a structure for landscaping and civil engineering. The molding part places the concrete or the water permeable concrete as a fixed shape of the structure. A flat blade(30) makes the front surface of the molding part flat.
