Butanol extract of Bifidobacterium adolescents SPM0212 having anticancer effect and immune enhancing effect, pharmaceutical composition comprising the same and use thereof

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing butanol extract of lactic acid bacteria is provided to ensure the effects of suppressing proliferation of colorectal cancer cell line and enhance immunity with low price. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer contains butanol extract of Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM212 as an active ingredient. The Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM0212 is isolated from healthy adult of 20-30 years old who has normal diet habit. The butanol extract of Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM212 is obtained by centrifuging cell culture medium, adding butanol to 1g of precipitated cell, and centrifuging again. The cancer is colorectal cancer.
