PURPOSE: A biometric certificate system and biometric information fabrication prevention method using medium on network are provided to prevent forgery of the information of media of the biometric media or bio information data. CONSTITUTION: A biometric media(40) stores the bio-information of the inputted user in a biometric information storage unit(42). The MOT or SOT biometric media extracts bio-information from the organism forgery proof component. A terminal(20) transmits various data to a central authentication server(50) through a network, or receives forgery inspection result from the central authentication server based on biometric information inputted through a biometric recognition medium reader(30).
