PURPOSE: A ground instrument detailed inspection and repairing method at a live wire state is provided to precisely inspect the ground instrument by measuring electric characteristic, purity, and moisture of insulating oil or gas which are not able to be inspected with human eyes, thereby enabling to perform exact repairing by mechanically determining gas or oil leakages.;CONSTITUTION: A ground instrument detailed inspection and repairing method at a live wire state is comprised of following procedures. A first insulating cover is combined to a primary side elbow in order to not expose the primary side elbow. A second insulating cover is combined to a secondary side bushing in order to not expose the secondary side bushing. The insulating oil is drained through a lower side valve. An insulating oil jet protecting box with an intake member is combined on the second insulating cover. A damaged packing on an oil surface system and oil thermometer are replaced. A bayonet fuse is closely attached to a transformer tank by tightening the bayonet fuse. A tap changer is closely attached to the transformer tank by tightening the tap changer or a rubber packing which is placed between the tap changer and transformer tank is replaced. An adhesive is applied on an oil leakage area which is washed and dried when four phases of the secondary side busing are insulated. The insulating oil is supplemented, filtered, and replaced through an upper valve and the lower valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
