PURPOSE: A steel-concrete composite pile manufacturing method and a form used for the same are provided to maximize the bending performance of a steel-concrete composite pile by molding a pile composed of steel and concrete and applying a tensile force to the composite pile. CONSTITUTION: A form for a manufacturing steel-concrete composite pile comprises an outer portion having a tubular cross section, an inner portion which has a square cross section and is fixed to the interior of the outer portion to be filled with concrete, a steel material(13) which is fixed to the interior of the inner portion, finishing boards which close both ends of the inner portion, and tension loading plates which are installed on both ends of the outer portion to apply tension of deformed steel bars.
