PURPOSE: An exterior wall insulating material fixing device is provided to prevent the separation of an insulating material from a wall in spite of long time use.;CONSTITUTION: An exterior wall insulating material fixing device comprises a fixture body(108), a pressing base(109), and a pressure rim(110). The fixture body comprises a tie groove having an inlet(106) in a freeboard. The pressing base is integrally formed in the exterior of the fixture body and adheres closely to the exterior of the insulating material.
