The present invention relates to an LED lighting device for indoor and outdoor advertising. The lighting device of the present invention inserts and protects a rod-shaped circuit board, LEDs electrically arranged on the circuit board to irradiate light on the advertisement print, and a circuit board having the LEDs arranged therein. It forms a tube that can be inserted into a shape, and a rod shape having a plurality of C-shaped fixing protrusions to which the tube is detachably inserted, and is fixed to the rear side of the advertisement print with the tube therebetween to fix the tube. It is composed of a plurality of fasteners. According to the present invention, it is easy to install and replace the circuit board mounted with the LED is easy to work, there is provided an LED lighting device for indoor and outdoor advertising that can arbitrarily adjust the irradiation angle of the LED light.
