FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and can be used for manufacturing disconnecting post-operation plate for upper jaw in case of all types of its resection. Method of manufacturing disconnecting post-operation jaw prosthesis for upper jaw by obtaining plaster model before operation, on which supposed boundaries of operation field are planned and drawn and corresponding teeth are extracted, said boundaries are graved in vertical and horizontal directions, with 1.5-2.0 width and depth. After that, modelled is wax composition of disconnecting post-operation jaw prosthesis with artificial teeth, clasps and retention elements, duplication of obtained plastic-wax composition is carried out, wax is replaced with plastic with further reconstruction of extracted sections of formation of external boundaries of operation field with soft padding. After that plate is fixed in silicon duplicate and polymerised in conditions of vacuum with further grinding and polishing of plate surface facing defect to mirror luster.;EFFECT: manufacturing of disconnecting post-operation jaw prosthesis for upper jaw in case of all types of its resection, ensuring formation of prosthetic bed on the section of performed operation for optimal disconnection of nasal and oral cavities.
