METHOD OF TREATING BENIGN TUMORS AND TUMOR-LIKE LEISIONS OF SCAPULA NECK IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Subperiosteal dorsal surface of scapula neck and adjoining parts of scapula are exposed. Osteotomy of scapula is carried out in sagittal plane above pathological nidus, indenting on 0.5-1.0 cm outward from incisure of scapula. Pathological nidus is opened after osteotomy of scapula. Radical resection of pathological tissues is carried out. Post resection defect is filled with milled cortical allogenic bone. Both fragments of scapula are adapted in right position. Its osteosynsethis is carried out by two K-wires, passedxthrough acromion and spine of scapula.;EFFECT: method insures reduction of surgical interference trauma, full-fledged visualisation of scapula affection nidus, possibility of carrying out radical resection of pathological tissues and reduction of bone consolidation terms.;4 dwg
