METHOD OF OBTAINING HIGHLY ACTIVE AND HIGHLY SPECIFIC ANTIGENS FOR DIAGNOSTICS IF BABESIOSIS IN DOGS IN SEROLOGICAL REACTIONS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method includes infecting with causative agent of dog's babesiosis, isolation of babesia from blood by centrifugation, determination of activity in "РДСК". As laboratory model used are suckling puppies of 3-4 week age, in which immune system has not formed, and which did not have contact with babesia immunogens, non-splenectomated. They are infected with 1.5…2.0 ml of infested blood with parasitemia from 25-50%. They are exsanguinated 3-4 days after infection and somatic antigen in titres from 1:16 to 1:1024 are obtained. Remaining plasma after obtaining somatic antibodies is processed with 20-25% "ПЭГ" and centrifuged. Obtained residue is used as exoantigen with titre from 1:16 to 4096.;EFFECT: obtained antigens possess high activity and specificity, make it possible to diagnose disease during its incubation period.;6 tbl
