The installation has a bridge unit connected with a buoyant central unit (1), where the buoyant central unit includes a motor drive. The bridge unit is adjusted between an operating position and a transport position by the motor drive. The central unit includes two independently floating individual units (2, 3), which are decoupled from each other, a motor unit for position change, a bridge position securing unit and a flood and draining adjustable ballast tank. The ballast tank is formed by a solar water tank belonging to the bridge unit.
