The collector has solar cells (9) with miniature microphones (11) e.g. electric microphones, and mirror reflectors (10) for forming a common unit, where the solar cells absorb light from artificial light sources and natural light sources and directly convert the light into electricity. The mirror reflectors collect sound waves, and the microphones convert the collected sound waves into electricity. Lithium ion batteries store the electricity produced by the solar cells and the microphones. A LED panel or illuminating body and an organic LED are provided as the artificial light sources.
