An escapement is activated by the gear train, where the escapement has an escapement wheel. A mobile (34) of another gear train is mounted to an arbor of the escapement wheel. The latter gear train is arranged in a manner so that a jumping second hand performs a revolution in 10 seconds. A regulating element, whose oscillations is being maintained by the escapement.
