The system has an electric recharging unit for recharging batteries of an electric bicycle via radial electric contacts (11, 12), where the contacts are independent and isolated one with respect to another. Annular copper leads (9, 10) e.g. copper rings, are independent and isolated one with respect to another and integrated to an axle of the system. The axle is locked by a guillotine, and the radial contacts are perfectly aligned to the copper rings during placement of the axle, so that the electric current is triggered to recharge the batteries along preamble measure.
