The device (1) comprises a bottle (4) for containing a fluid and teat assembly with a teat (2) and a ring (3) for fastening the teat to the bottle. The teat comprises a head (5) with a hole (6) located vertically around a vertical axis X-X for defining the base end (8) and the upper end (9), a flanged section (10) located concentrically around the base end and for defining a level plane and a groove (7) between the flanged section and the base end. The head has a maximum diameter L greater than or equal to 30 mm, the ring has a diameter greater than 0.15% of the maximum diameter of the head and the groove has an average width between 0.05 L and 0.5 L. An independent claim is included for the teat assembly.
