The method involves extruding a profile with two parts (2, 3), and associating the profile to a flexible taper (4). A fixing device (5) for reinforcement and a pressure compensating diaphragm (6) for filler are extruded into a hollow chamber (1) formed by the profile. The reinforcement and the filler are inserted into the hollow chamber that is inseparably locked over a grid (9). The reinforcement is made of metallic material, plastic, carbon, carbon fibers, fibrous material or composite material. The filler is made of plastic, granulates or powder. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a profile for a plastic window and a door (2) a device for manufacturing a plastic profile.
