The device has an air mechanism, and a foam material block designed as a base whose resistance is controlled by air chambers and channels. The foam material block exhibits width of 50 cm, length of 80 cm and height of 25 cm. Elastic cords are fastened laterally at a front side. A removable holding device is fastened to the front side, and mounting options are provided at the foam material block to attach the removed elastic cords and the holding device. A hand grip is provided at the front side for transport of the device.
