The can has a filter (14) arranged at a bottom part of a cover (2) such that the filter or a part (14a) of the filter is pressed by a tear flap (4) of a closure during opening of the can. The filter or the part of the filter is movable back into an outlet position while reaching a given opening angle (alpha) of the tear flap such that the filter covers an opening (3) when the can is open condition. The part of the filter is designed as a partial tongue, where the filter comprises a slot.
