The sensor has a fastening section (20) for fastening the sensor to a system subjected with pressure. A measuring section (30) directly or indirectly determines the pressure of the medium in the system. The measuring section is arranged at the fastening section in such a manner that the medium exert pressure on the measuring section in a direction of the fastening section, so that the measuring section is pressurized against the fastening section in an axial direction of the sensor. An independent claim is also included for a manufacturing method for a pressure sensor.
