The tool has a base piece (1) consisting of a leg (1.1) and a curved section (1.2) e.g. handle piece, and another movable leg (2), where the curved section is connected to the former leg. The latter leg comprises a guiding unit (3) guided within a longitudinal recess of the curved section, where the guiding unit comprises a locking device (5). Different angles (alpha) between the legs are adjustable and fixable by the locking device. The legs have longitudinal slots for receiving a sheet metal. The slots lie in a line and extend from base points (F1, F2) of the legs toward the curved section. The locking device is designed as a screw nut e.g. hexagonal nut or wing nut. The guiding unit is designed as a threaded bolt e.g. screw. The longitudinal recess is formed as an elongated hole.
