The system has a storage cell unit (3) completely insulated and satisfying a protection class IP 55to IP 68. A control computing unit (9) is provided in the storage cell unit and an air suction channel before a mixing unit (7) for delivery of heat to flowing sucked air. The mixing unit is thermally insulated and mixes the sucked air with clean-oxygen such the mixture is moistened by hot steam. A water intermediate container (8) is filed with thermal storage latent crystal and fireclay structures. A solid storage (1) contains gaseous hydrogen bound in nanostructures.
