The mat has an integrated nano-porous heat-insulating material electrostatically fixed in macro cavities of fiber clutches or fixed by bonding agents. The heat-insulating material is sprayed on fiber, and contains pyrogenic silicic acid, silicon dioxide-aerogel, precipitated silicic acid and electric arc silicic acid. Electrostatic charge is caused by ammonia and sputtering cathodes. An opacifying agent is added to a nano-porous filling material. A portion of the fibers exceeds total portion of the nano-porous filling material. A silicon-organic composite is utilized as a hydrophobic agent. The bonding agents are formed from phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and/or thermoplastic bonding agent such as vinyl acetate-based system.
