The method involves controlling a complex operation guiding process by a technical guiding system, and selecting the suitable technical guiding system for the guiding process. A software-based infrastructure simulation is implemented, and a bidirectional data transmission is realized between the guiding system and the infrastructure simulation according to a IEC60870protocol and a IEC61850protocol. A real time module is implemented for adjusting the infrastructure simulation and a feedback signal of a simulation result.
