The device has a ring type slider arranged at a base-sided end of a stick (2) in an axial movable manner between two resting-or clamping seats. Three cup-type supporting bars (4-6) are hinged at the slider. Levers (8, 10) are attached at the supporting bars in a swivelable and movable manner along the supporting bars. The levers are fixed below the slider at an end of the stick in a swivelable manner. Free ends of the supporting bars are provided with sliding protection caps. The supporting bars are straddled by force of springs i.e. dual leg springs.
