Plate comprises: a three-dimensional textured surface, which is produced via compression; a carrier plate (3) made up of wooden material, where the plate is coated with a decorative layer. The carrier plate is coated with the decorative layer of a paper provided with plastic, preferably decorative paper (4). An independent claim is also included for producing the plate with the three-dimensional textured surface produced via hot pressing or compression, comprising: applying the decorative paper provided with the plastic, simultaneously providing an adhesive agent between the carrier plate and the decorative paper, and pressing the decorative paper at an elevated temperature on the three-dimensionally textured surface of the carrier plate, where the carrier plate exhibits a temperature of 160-250[deg] C; or producing a non-woven fabric from a wood-wool/plastic-fiber mixture, applying the decorative paper provided with the plastic, simultaneously providing the adhesive agent between the carrier plate and the decorative paper, and pressing the non-woven fabric including the decorative paper between an extrusion die (5) at an elevated temperature, preferably 160-250[deg] C, where the three-dimensional textured surface of the plate is profiled according to the requirement.
