The inflatable ball has an outer sleeve (10) which defines inner space of a limiting chamber (13) and in which a through hole (12) is formed. A bladder unit (20) is arranged in the limiting chamber. The bladder unit has an outer bladder (21) which defines a receiving chamber and in which a through hole is formed. The through hole is aligned with the through hole of the outer sleeve. An inner bladder (22) is arranged in the receiving chamber. The inner bladder defines an inflatable space (25).
