The piston (10) has a piston bar (20) arranged under a top piston head (18) and comprising three annular grooves (22, 24, 26) to receive three piston rings (28, 30, 32) correspondingly. Lubricant outflow holes are designed as lubricant discharge openings (36, 42, 44) and formed between the upper and middle annular grooves and/or between the middle and lower annular grooves in the piston bar for discharging lubricant from the piston head. The openings are opened in an internal cavity (38) of the piston.
